This is the sequel to the live action reboot Scooby-Doo movie, and is itself the 25th movie to star Scooby-Doo. Think about how that sentence’s absolute truthfulness affects your life.

It’s summer break and the gang are working on some resort which is, of course, haunted. Haunted by a witch with a magic staff who apparently controls giant monster frogs or something. Also, Shaggy falls in love with Velma, which turns out poorly when they realize that they aren’t very romantically compatible, and also that Velma is being mind controlled by a rock to be the witch.

It’s a good cast, I’ll definitely give them that. The story was very classic Scooby-Doo, which means that it’s awful and you know everything that’s going to happen next. Also, the CGI sucks. I know it’s a made-for-TV thing and money blah blah blah, but it’s not just the technical suckiness of the thing that sucks, it’s the performance of the sucky thing which is so goddamn SUCKY. FUCKING JESUS CHRIST, GET THE SPIDERS OFF ME!!!
