Yeah. Batman versus Dracula. How can you possibly pass up a combination like that, even when you know it’s a cartoon based on the crappy “The Batman” cartoon a couple years ago? You can’t, that’s how. And I’m pretty sure that’s what they were banking on.

The basic idea is that Dracula is buried in Gotham City’s cemetary (for… some reason) and gets brought back to life thanks to the Penguin. Dracula turns every other damn person in the city into a vampire (and yet the only Batman villain he gets is the Joker. Penguin acts like a Renfield for him), and Batman… fights him. He comes up with a serum that un-vampirises people and coats all his crap with garlic, but in the end, it’s the sun that really wins. Of course.

The biggest complaint I have about this movie is the art style. God DAMN was this movie ugly. I know it was a specific artistic design and they were doing that on purpose, but I just don’t like it. Everybody’s all blocky and retarded looking, and all the backgrounds look cheap as hell.

My other big complaint is… WHY THE FUCK DID DRACULA NOT JUST GO TO ARKHAM AND MAKE A RACE OF BATMAN VILLAIN VAMPIRES?!?!! There is no reason WHATSOEVER that he shouldn’t have done that. The Penguin was even his little helper guy, so he could’ve told him, “oh hey, there’s a shitload of really horribly dangerous people just like, five miles away. Might want to go over there and check it out. Waak wak wak.” Stupid Dracula. I hate it.
