Ugh, I had no idea there were this many MST3K movies in this 50 pack. This was from easily the best episode compared to the other MST movies I’ve seen so far, and that made it pretty tough to watch without cracking up constantly, just thinking of the jokes. I really don’t think I gave this movie a fair shake, is what I’m saying. Oh well!

A doctor who’s doing research in the field of limb transplants gets into a COMPLETELY AVOIDABLE car accident that results in the beheding of his fiancee. Of course, he takes her head to his lab where he keeps it alive with his own special kind of gravy and decides to go out looking for a new body to sew it onto. While he’s on his intensely creepy and lecherous trip, the head finds out she has special powers, and uses them to talk to a monster the guy had locked up in his closet and to taunt his assistant who has nothing better to do than argue with a head all day.

This would be a pretty non-descript movie about keeping a head alive if it weren’t for the doctor’s horrible, sleazy escapade of finding a good-looking woman whom nobody would miss if he stole them away and chopped off their head. I wonder if the guys who made Frankenhooker watched this movie at some formulative point during their lives.
