Huh, Ron Perlman lending his voice to another spectacularly bad Scooby-Doo direct-to-video movie. What’s wrong, Ron? The Hellboy series not paying the bills? You’re better than this, man. Unfortunately, because of the success of the Hellboy series, we may not see Perlman in another City of Lost Children type of role, but really anything is better than Scooby-Doo movies.

Pirates Ahoy! is about Scooby-Doo and the gang fighting ghost pirates and etc etc ad infinitum. They even have a recent Scooby-Doo series, why did they make so many of these stupid direct-to-video movies? I’m too tired to even hate this movie properly. At least this is another off the list that I’ll never have to write about again. Not that… I wrote much about it this time or anything. Meh.
