Directed by: Tom McGrath
Starring: Will Ferrell, Tina Fey, Jonah Hill
“Hey, remember The Incredibles? That was a really good movie about superheroes, right? Well, GET THIS: What if we made a movie about a superVILLAIN… and… uh… he BECOMES A SUPERHERO?!!?!” Wha… RETARDO! Who lets this guy write all these movies, anyway?
Will Farrell is an alien with a big blue head who acts as a supervillain to Brad Pitt’s Superman. Okay, I don’t remember his character’s name, but he’s basically Superman. Anyway, Superman retir–I MEAN HE DIES. HE OBVIOUSLY DIES AND EVERYONE KNOWS THAT’S WHAT HAPPENS. Megamind decides to create a new superhero out of Jonah Hill, but all he wants to do is play video games and kill people. Against all odds, the bad guy has to become a good guy! You never see it coming.
This is the most obvious, generic, boring, unfunny movie you could possibly make out of this premise. I don’t even have anything else to add to that. Skip it. Skip it forever.
